Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligible Items
Returns are accepted for:
- Shoes, bags, and watches that arrive damaged or defective.
- Items that do not match the product description.
- Incorrect items received.
- Incorrect size or color received (exchange only).
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for the return shipping label and shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
